It also has a working area in case you need to do few hours of work and need a work station. Third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, lots of kids book, games and extra blankets. In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking: - Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rental, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs. - Hand soap is also provided at every sink! - All of our sheets and towels are laundered using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry. - Just to be overly cautious, we limit in-person contact with all guests providing self checking with a code to enter the property. We've switched to text messaging and phone calls. Toiletries In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume. RENTAL AGREEMENT By booking this property, you (the guest/guests) are forming a legally binding rental agreement contract and you (the guest/guests) are in agreement and accepting of the house rules. POOL To the fullest extent allowed by law, you, the guests, agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners/managers of the property (Mireille Tuttle and Clint Tuttle) from any and all liability for damage, injury or death to you as the guests or to any other person or property which may be damaged, injured or killed as a result of using the pool and pool area. Furthermore, you (the guests) waive any right to present any legal claim or suit against these persons (owners managers), irrespective of how such damage, injury or death may have occurred, through negligence or otherwise, or under what legal theory any such claim might be brought Guest access A private pool and enormous fire pit area. (Wood for sale-please ask host, some guest prefers bringing their own wood) for sale $79/per day While there is a bbq on the property for guests to use, the propane tank is not guaranteed to be full. If the tank is empty upon arrival or anytime during your stay tanks refills can be done at Walmart, HEB or Home Depot. (Bringing your own tank is recommended as a back up) Other things to note Pets allowed: (limit 3 pets total) Contact host if bringing a pet. May be extra fees No events allowed or parties. 13 guests maximum can be on the property at all time *Please note that the hot tub is part of the pool structure and it is not heated. It is kept at same temperature as the pool. *The outdoor sauna is NOT available for guest, it was built for personal use for health reason. * Flat Creek Winery is walking distance and is beautiful and great (restaurant and wine tasting), Reservations are recommended They also have a Disc Golf Course designed for players of all levels and ages. With 18-holes spread among stunning scenery. *I recommend bringing your groceries before your arrival, closest store is in Lago Vista about 12 min away.
