The interior has been shaped by the expressive hip hop language of the façade, remnants of the existing brickwork, beehive patterned travertine floors, street art by prominent Melbourne and international graffiti artists and designer furniture selection. The ground floor apartment is available for short term rental on AirBnB. This spacious 75 sqm one bedroom apartment can easily convert into two bedrooms with a sofa bed and privacy screen. Subject to availability, parking in a secure basement next door may be able to be arranged for an additional fee of $10 per night. House rules - No smoking is allowed inside or on the patio.
