An urban street is celebrated by making permanent this ephemeral art. The interior has been shaped by the expressive hip hop language of the façade, remnants of the existing brickwork, beehive patterned travertine floors, street art by prominent Melbourne and international graffiti artists and designer furniture selection. The ground floor apartment is available for short term rental on AirBnB. This spacious 75 sqm one bedroom apartment can easily convert into two bedrooms with a sofa bed and privacy screen. Complete with a 1970's Bang & Olufson hi-fi system, you can enjoy Melbourne from this inner city street art haven! Guest access The entire ground floor apartment and patio area Other things to note - TV room converts into second bedroom with sofa bed and privacy screen. - Double glazed windows have been installed - Split system cooling/heating system has been newly installed - There are 1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hour parking restrictions from Monday to Saturday in Carlton so parking can be difficult. Subject to availability, parking in a secure basement next door may be able to be arranged for an additional fee of $10 per night. House rules - No smoking is allowed inside or on the patio. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment on the footpath. - No events allowed unless pre-arranged with owners beforehand. - Pets allowed. - Portacot, high chair and other baby/toddler equipment can be available upon request. - Please leave apartment as you found it.
