Our gite is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.With a surface area of 90m2 , it offers a peaceful, warm and cosy atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. Located on our farm , the gite provides complete privacy with no overlooking neighbours, surrounded by meadows as far as the eye can see, most of them in organic conversion.The house is fully independant and was entirely renovated in 2021.You 'll be able to enjoy air conditioning and a high speed WI-FI. Accomodation : * two bedrooms each equipped with double bed and television * bathroom with a large walk in shower and double sink *Separate toilets *Washing machine *Spacious 40m2 living and dining area featuring : -large flat screen TV -a closed fireplace air conditioning * The open-plan kitchen , medern and fully equipped, includes : -Induction hob -built-in oven -microwave -fridge with freezer -filter coffee maker and Nespresson machine -toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment Outdoor area and facilities : tge gite opens onto a fully enclosed garden, perfect for families, with : *covered parking *garden's furniture *swing seat *BBQ *Ping-pong table *children's swing A baby cot and a high chair are also available on request Sheets and towels could also be rented on request During the your stay : You will have the opportunity to meet our animals; our donkey and her foal, our goats, our geese and our cats, much delighted by both children and grown ups. Your pets are accepted but upon prior request only.
