BEAUTIFUL RELAXING HOME WITH BIG POOL AND GARDEN

Beautiful 1920s English Cottage with big swimming pool and garden. Please note that some neighbours might be doing construction from time to time which may result in noise and I have no control over it. Hence the significant discount. The space This is a 1920's English Cottage style house with a beautiful back yard, big swimming pool -not heated- , an enchanted garden, and a great lounging area. Our house is perfect for calm and relaxing stays, getaways. We offer this place for maximum 6 people. It is not ideal for gatherings or parties but we can guarantee a beautiful, calming and tranquil moments in our garden by the pool for 6 guests. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AS I’M HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO PETS I SUFFER DAYS AFTERWARDS, PLEASE RESPECT MY RULES. If we detect any pets there is a deep and special cleaning fee of $425.- as this is a serious health issue with me and l have to bring a different cleaning crew than usual. Extra sheets and pillow are under the blue/gray sleeper sofa in the living room THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT HEATED. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, backyard and the swimming pool. EXCEPT the pool house in the back yard which has a separate entrance/exit on the side of the house and unoccupied and not in use. THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT HEATED. Other things to note IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES, MUST READ: Dear guests, You are agreeing all of the following by booking our place. Gatherings and parties are strictly forbidden, the property is equipped with the noise monitoring device and when guests exceed the noise level and the confirmed number of guests the property management is notified automatically as well as smoke detectors. Please, check with me if you have any questions regarding this. - NO SMOKING in the house, if any smoking is detected, you understand and agree to pay for the deep cleaning fee of additional $300.- or more. In that case you would receive the cleaning invoice from the cleaning company through Airbnb. -NO PETS anywhere within the property. I am highly allergic to cats and dogs, it is a hazard for my health, l suffer days afterwards. We won’t be able to accommodate ANY TYPE OF PETS/DOGS for the same reason. If any pets detected you understand and agree to pay for the minimum amount of deep cleaning fee of $150.- additionally. And your booking will be terminated. In that case you would receive the cleaning invoice from the cleaning company through Airbnb. - NO PARTIES, you will lose your booking without a refund and you will be asked to vacate the house immediately. If we receive any complaints from our neighbors you will be asked to leave and lose your booking. Please, no loud noise or music. - No unconfirmed or extra guests -only the ones you have confirmed upon booking- You agree to pay $100.- for every extra/unconfirmed person per day of your stay you allow in our property and you will lose your reservation without a refund. - Please, do not move furnitures. Any furniture that is indoors belong indoors, indoors furnitures are not supposed to be outside. Please, do not re-arrange our furnitures. - You will be jeopardizing your security deposit if you temper/open/damage any of the locks/locked storage areas. Locked storages/areas are not for the guests. -You will lose your booking without a refund immediately if any of the outdoor security devices are compromised/touched to change the angle by guests, (the booking will be terminated immediately without refund due to security breach, and the security company will come immediately to vacate the house) -Absolutely no filming, or photo shoots allowed without permission, or informing the owners. You will lose your booking without a refund in case of any type of shooting or filming. These events have different rate and you have no right to film or photo shoot without permission. - If anything breaks, stops working please let us know immediately. We will coordinate with you accordingly to fix it in a timely manner. If you don’t let us know, or if you try yo fix it yourself we will not be responsible for the expenses occurred. We have our own contractors we have been working with and trust for years. In case of any expenses/damages occur during your stay we will communicate in details with you and Airbnb and you will receive the invoice through Airbnb. This is a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and a house, if the guests behave in any way that disturb the peace and quite this place offers they will be jeopardizing their reservation with no refund. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of keeping our neighbors undisturbed at all times, if we get a complaint from our neighbors you will be jeopardizing your stay and our livelihood. Our neighbors are reasonable and wonderful people but they will not be shy to call the authorities in case of any loud or excessive activity in and out of the house. We have a good and peaceful relationship with them and we would like to keep it that way. Please, email if there is anything unclear about this. The driveway is for you to park your car. But if you decide to park on the street please refer to the posted street signs. We are not responsible if you get a parking/street cleaning day tickets.
