Totara Falls Studio - Peaceful and Tranquil

Totara Falls studio is a beautifully appointed property situated within the sub tropical grounds of Totara Falls Estate in the Bay of Islands and close to the lovely town of Kerikeri, local beaches, wineries, and attractions. The private studio is contained in a separate building in the grounds which is peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by birdsong. Within the grounds take a stroll down through the native bush to the river and waterfall. The space This delightful studio is nestled in a peaceful rural setting and is contained in a separate building away from the main family home in the grounds of the estate. The studio has an open plan bedroom with queen bed and lounge/kitchen/dining area. A travel cot or a single fold away bed is available on request. The kitchen is fully furnished with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. A Smart TV with Netflix is provided with unlimited broadband. The studio has direct access to an amazing full size badminton and basketball court inside the American Barn. The studio has its own patio area for alfresco dining which overlooks the gardens and you can sit back comfortably and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. Guests are also very welcome to use the private and secluded heated (between October and end of April) swimming pool in the grounds. Private parking is situated outside the American barn. Other things to note We are fully vaccinated.
