We are an independent luxury vacation rental/boutique hotel business. We're the only flexible large group space in Provo (other than hotels where you block out rooms). Pay for only the space you need to accommodate your group. The building has 8 separate luxury apartments. You rent as much or as little of this building as you need. At it's max, it can sleep 45 guests (45 for a family reunion or 23 singles). However, with many reservations already in place into the future, that number will fluctuate. The pricing here is for 45 guests and will NOT be this high if you don't use all the suites or all the beds. To figure out YOUR PRICE, go to the suites' individual pages on AirBnB and enter the dates. We can't quote you accurately because we can't see the AirBnB fees on your side.
