Basement Apt in ATL's Grant Park

Our converted one bedroom basement apartment has a huge living room, small kitchenette and private entrance. Situated on a quiet street one block from Grant Park and the zoo, it is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very close to downtown. A shady enclave in the city. The space This space is cozy and roomy at the same time. It has all the amenities you need to enjoy a short or long stay in Atlanta. The kitchenette has a small fridge with freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave and more (but no stove). There is a full bath with shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed and single futon. The living room has a full size fold out sofa and large sectional that can sleep additional people comfortably. Guest access The private entrance to the apartment is hidden from the street, down the side of the house and just through the fence. There are 2 chairs outside your door where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax under the stars. Guests will also have access to the backyard which has a picnic table and basketball hoop. There is free street parking.
