Pack Creek ~ Road House ~ Stunning, Updated Cabin With Mountain Views The space The Pack Creek Road House is one of the most beautifully redone cabins that Moab has to offer. Located in Pack Creek, about 20 minutes from downtown Moab, you’ll feel refreshed from the mountain air at the base of the La Sal mountains. This 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin has views of the mountains in nearly every room thanks to the big windows. *Please note that due to safety concerns the fireplace is not available for guest use. There is a great standing fire pit on the back patio for guest use. The famous Abbey Cabin is just a couple of steps outside of the home, giving the Roadhouse a total of 3 bedrooms. This is the site where Edward Abbey wrote several of his pieces. Now fully remodeled, it serves as an additional sleeping area with a new queen sleeper sofa. You’re going to want this kitchen in your own home! It’s bright and airy, has a farmhouse sink, wood countertops, a great window, and cute light fixtures. It has all the supplies necessary to make a large meal. The dining area and living room are combined. You’ll want to sit all day looking at your views and admiring the intricacies this home has to offer, like the beautiful wood ceiling, furniture, and so much more. If you want to connect back to the world, then you will be happy to have a Smart TV and wifi. Cell reception is a little dodgy out at Pack Creek. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and will serve as perfect retreats after a day of swimming at the community pool (traditionally open Memorial Day until Labor Day but subject to change) will help you cool off in summer, dipping in the hot tub or detoxing in the sauna (hot tub and sauna are both communal use and open year round)-- you’ll be ready to hike miles after the sauna! *Please note that the pool, hot tub and sauna are shared/communal amenities when in operation, also being located a short walk from the Road House cabin itself*. *Please note that there are currently short construction-related delays when accessing the cabin on weekdays, as well as some stages of imperfect pavement (with some small gravel sections here and there, depending upon the phase of construction and time of day) when heading through short sections of construction. More specific details to follow one a reservation is in place, but the cabin will always be accessible to all vehicles! Please reach out with any questions if you are unsure about access to the cabin with your vehicle/motorcycle/etc. in question.* Soak up some sun in the hammock on the back deck, or enjoy the scenery while barbequing on the propane grill. There is quite a bit of wildlife out at Pack Creek including adorable goats. Please note that there is no trailer parking at this unit as it on the main road. Trailers must be parked in the designated area for Pack Creek Ranch: the Boneyard. No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options. All stays are subject to MPM's Resort Fee. Our Resort Fee includes free Wi-Fi internet, pool and hot tub access (only select units feature pools and/or hot tubs), and standard cleaning fees. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. Pricing is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate an accurate quote, and make sure you are properly accommodated. Rate charts on 3rd party websites may not include these factors and may not be accurate. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote. MPM will not be responsible for pricing issues on 3rd party websites and in the case of any discrepancies, rates generated from MPM's website will take precedence. Please view MPM's rental agreement for all details. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
