The house is located 6 km from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi in a quiet and residential environment near the city of artists "Pietrasanta". We live in the apartment on the zero floor of the villa and we are always available to help our guests in any need while respecting and maintaining mutual privacy. Villa Giada is surrounded by land where olive trees grow in an area between the sea and the Apuan Alps, a characteristic that is the exaltation of the beauty of the Versilia land that has always fascinated artists, writers and famous people for this. Nearby we have Lucca, Pisa, the Cinque Terre, the Carrarra quarries with their white gold and Florence just an hour away Guest access Our guests have exclusive use of the entire ground floor and first floor of the house, the solarium, the swimming pool and the parking lot and 3/4 of the garden. Other things to note We love animals but we have two cats that living in the perimeter of the garden could collide with other animals (dogs) of our guests for this reason with regret we cannot accept other animals For smokers it is forbidden to smoke only indoors.
