And when booking 4 weeks or more, you will receive a monthly discount. I provide free water utility and WiFi, For electricity we will calculate from the electricity meter during check in and check out and the cost is 6 baht per unit. Normally it is about 30-80 baht per day or about 1,xxx - 2,xxx baht per month depending how much air conditioners are used. There is a portable fan in case you don’t need to use the AC all the time. This will also help to save some cost. Guests can check the electricity meter anytime during the stay. There are now 2 single beds in the living room. A sofa bed is in the bedroom.
