On the hill overlooking the town you can visit the Sacro Monte, recognized as a world heritage site. Lake Orta is located in a strategic area that will allow you to easily reach other important places of interest such as the peaks of the Alps or Valsesia, Lake Maggiore, large cities such as Milan, Turin and Genoa, or the Langhe vineyards del Monferrato. You can practice many sports on the lake as well as numerous walks on bicycle and on horseback. The area offers many attractions also for food and wine lovers.
