Perfect for the solo traveler! This cute micro apartment is situated in downtown Sparta. A coffee shop, sandwich diner, the farmer's market, and cocktail bar are all within a minutes walk. Enjoy secure, off street parking with a private one car garage which is also perfect for storing bikes if you're in town for the bike trail. We've taken advantage of all the space to make this a comfortable experience. The twin daybed sleeps one adult and doubles as a couch. The kitchen is stocked with a microwave, Keurig, convection oven, refrigerator, and dishes. Please note that this is an early 1900s home which has been converted into a multifamily unit. You may notice some of the "charm" of this old lady during your stay such as the flooring may be uneven in some areas. The front porch is also a common area for guests in all three of our units to enjoy together. We are always available for any questions or issues. Our space is situated perfectly for walking into the downtown area. We love Franklin Coffee, Cork and Barrel, and Ginny's Cupboard, which are all just a couple of blocks down the road. Take a relaxing stroll through the streets in the evening or relax on the front porch! This is a multifamily home so there is a possibility that you may hear guests in the other units. We do ask everyone to abide by the quiet times and to be mindful of the fact that there are other people staying in the unit.
