This property is set in a sunny clearing surrounded by woods, offering exclusive access to a natural beach and private dock. It’s close to attractions like Shawnigan Village, Shawnigan Lake School, and local wineries. To maintain a peaceful environment and protect local wildlife, we have a no-pets policy in the guest home, ensuring a tranquil retreat for everyone to enjoy. The space FULL KITCHEN - Just bring food! DINING - Table for 6 plus stools at the counter. LIVING ROOM - Telus high-speed WiFi, electric fireplace. BEDROOMS/BEDDING - Featuring three (3) queen beds and two (2) twin XL beds downstairs. Master bedroom with en suite. PATIO/BBQ - Propane tank for your use HIGH SPEED WIFI - serves the entire property ELECTRIC FIREPLACE SEPTIC - As with most lake properties, we are on septic. Please be mindful of what is being flushed - only toilet paper, please! WATER FILTER - We have installed a WHOLE HOME water filtration system with UV PROTECTION, but if you’d prefer to bring your water, feel free to do so. WILDLIFE -A few local deer are roaming the property, and they sometimes trigger the motion detectors on the garage while enjoying the apples. Additionally, there is a family of wild turkeys in the area; you might spot them as well. They are quite a novelty in Shawnigan Lake, so be prepared to stop, as they tend to move at their own pace. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to a strict no smoking policy throughout the premises to ensure a clean and healthy environment for everyone. Additionally, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the property, as we strive to accommodate the comfort and safety of all individuals. If you plan to bring additional guests, please note that there will be an extra fee for each additional guest.
