Description: Scacciapensieri Guest House is a characteristic three-story townhouse located a stone's throw from Piazza Grande, the heart of Arezzo's historic center. An optimal location for visiting the city and its treasures, very close to the station, which can be easily reached in less than a 10-minute walk. The space The apartment has a large living area on the first floor with a kitchen equipped with all the comforts including an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, toaster, electric kettle, living room with LCD TV and sofa that can become a comfortable double bed if necessary. On the second floor, the apartment has a double bedroom and a large private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and toiletries. On the third floor is the second double bedroom and in front of the bedroom there is a small terrace with the washing machine where you can relax, perhaps reading a book while sipping a good glass of wine. Both bedrooms are double and are located on two different floors, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fan. The room on the third floor, upon request at the time of booking, can have separate beds. The entire property has free Wi-Fi. N.B. The apartment, being in the historic center, has stairs. Our type of accommodation, by regional law, cannot provide breakfast service. The apartment does not have air conditioning. There's a fan in each room. Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartment. The apartment does not have a garage.
