We welcome you to our, quiet and super cozy basement apartment. We are perfectly located in the hip Leslieville neighborhood, just steps away from the trendy Queen Street. Our location guarantees you a calm and cozy stay, yet offers you amazing options to dine and enjoy a drink or two in the many restaurants, bars and pubs along the Queen Street corridor. Or if you prefer, you can stay in and enjoy the fully-equipped unit. Street parking is available at an extra charge. The space Our cozy unit includes a big bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and a sitting area to unwind and relax after a busy day in the Toronto streets. You can stream your own media to the Chromecast-enabled TV, enjoy local TV programming or explore our small library of DVDs. Guest access The apartment is accessible through the back yard and has a direct entrance with an electronic deadbolt. We will provide you with the code for the deadbolt in advance of your stay and you can let yourself in without needing to meet anyone to pick up a key. There are seven steps down from the back yard to the apartment door and the stairs are lit by motion-activated lights at night. Guests have access to the back yard, with the exception of the porch. Other things to note The suite is a basement apartment in a fully-detached home which your co-host, Brian, and I share. At least one of us is typically onsite to help with any questions or directions or recommendations for things to do and see and eat in this wonderful city.
