The accomodation includes a large comfortable lounge and full-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom with jacuzzi, plus a twin bedroom on the first floor, and a double bedroom on the top floor. All the bedrooms have balconies with excellent sea views plus en-suite bathrooms and televisions. The property is air-conditioned throughout, and has an alarm system plus wifi internet. The secluded infinity pool area is equipped with sunbeds, parasols and an alfresco dining area with BBQ, making it an enviable location from which to soak in the magnifecent uninterrupted panoramic views. There are two approaches to the villa, one from above where guests can use the villas parking space then descend some 100-150 steps to the villa, the other is a shorter route from the centre but involves a very steep road for the last 100 metres. Consequently this villa is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. Guest access The villa is for the sole use of guests, who can use all the space. Other things to note The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
