You will find a comfortable dining area with rocking chairs and a large solid wood table. Also a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a reading chair and a flat-screen TV. From the covered balcony (loggia) in the east, you can enjoy a partial lake view and the unobstructed view of the park opposite. A highchair is available for the little guests. From the living room, you can access the attic via a wooden staircase. Here is a cozy reading corner with a comfortable reading chair and a small selection of books. From the fold-out skylight you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn West. The attic is not available for sleeping purposes. In the new kitchenette (Nobilia / November *contact info removed*) you will find a ceramic stove with oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher as well as a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. In the bedroom there is a very high-quality box spring bed with a continuous mattress (180 x 200 cm). There is enough space for your wardrobe in a spacious built-in closet. The apartment has a modern shower room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (low entry), hairdryer and sink. In the attic of the apartment there is a second bathroom, which is fully furnished with a vanity, toilet and bathtub (but only usable to a limited extent due to the sloping roof). In the entrance area there is a wardrobe at your disposal. In the entire apartment, a modern design floor was laid. Please understand that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
