The space With our 40 years of experience as architects in designing and development of tourist facilities in Skyros (Lithari, Pithari, Villa Madalena, Patriko and some others that are built now within the scope of European funding) in 1999 we built a little gem called Kochylia in Chora - which is the traditional car-free main settlement of Skyros just opposite of the church Agios Ioannis. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, in the high season, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. A private land nearby offers out of the high season 5 parking places for the neighborhood!
