Cozy house with exposed stone in the calm of the countryside. A parking space and a private garden, facing south, of about 300 m² await you with their view of the Puy de Dôme. Our house is perfect for nature lovers, and for families who want to escape from their daily lives! That's why you won't find a TV, but board games to share with friends and family! The space During this COVID-19 period, the house is prepared in accordance with the recommendations. Non-smoking house! Inside, a warm veranda welcomes you, on the ground floor you will find the dining room, in exposed stone, with a play area for children, the kitchen, and the shower room (Italian shower) with toilet. Upstairs, which looks more like a chalet, is the night area with a modular closed bedroom (2 single beds or 1 double sofa bed, for a 2nd couple for example) and an open space with a double bed, and a magnificent view of the surrounding meadows! Bed linen and toilet accessories are not included, as it is common, given the health situation, for our guests to come with their linen and do their own cleaning! We just ask you to return the house in good condition and clean, vacuumed, dishes done, garbage cans emptied, etc. However, we offer you certain services: Cleaning fee: €70/Linen fee (sheets, towels, etc.): €15/person. Electricity is your responsibility according to your consumption (kWh rate: €0.29). A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay!
