Large Windows allow natural light to flood the space, offering stunning views of the surrounding red rock formations. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart TV (Roku) for streaming your own entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up delicious meals or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for your day’s adventures. Sit and enjoy your meal at the dining room table with seating for 6 people. There is additional seating at the kitchen counter for 3 people. We have high speed internet for your streaming needs, whether it's relaxing to watch your favorite show, researching your next day's excursion, or finishing some work. OUTDOOR SPACES Step into the private patio to breathe the clean desert air and settle into the soft outdoor seating. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the panoramic views of the majestic red rocks will leave you in awe. Throw a steak on the natural gas grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching the setting sun. Moab is paradise for jeeps, ATVs, dirt bikes and mountain bikes. We have a 2 car garage for storing your toys. The extended driveway has space for large vehicles and trailers. There is an adjacent parking lot for extra vehicles. Cool off after a hot day in the shared swimming pool or soak your tired bones in the hot tub located a short walk away in the community area. The pool area is open seasonally during specific hours. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The 3 bedrooms are havens of tranquility, featuring soft linens and comfortable mattresses that promise a restful night’s sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated, reflecting the vibrant spirit Moab while providing a peaceful retreat. The primary bedroom has a King bed, an attached full bathroom, and a TV. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds and a TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed which has a twin mattress on top and a full mattress on bottom. The sofa converts into a full size bed. The second full bathroom is shared by the last two bedrooms. For the little ones in your flock, we have a travel crib and a highchair. THE SURROUNDING AREA Red Rim Roost is in the Rim Village development nestled in the tranquil Spanish Valley, conveniently located minutes from downtown Moab. Our home offers easy access to local restaurants, shops and attractions while providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of town. Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse State Park are short drives away. Our home is your home during your stay and provides the perfect place to create lasting memories amidst the breathtaking beauty of Utah's desert landscape. Our home is secured with a smart lock. The code will be sent to you prior to arrival, along with a welcome email that provides home instructions. We are happy to share our knowledge about the area. We are not located onsite, so guests have the home to themselves. Your comfort and enjoyment are our priorities, so please contact us with any questions or concerns. Rim Village is on the south end of town. It is very peaceful and quiet with amazing views of the Moab Rim, yet only 5 minutes from downtown Moab and 20 minutes to Arches National Park. • No smoking • No Pets • Please do not bring dishes or linens to other condos, because each is individually owned and managed. • Home instructions including the smart lock code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
