Quiet family home with walking distance to the beach

Between Trévignon and Port Manech, Kersidan beach is within walking distance by a path. The house of 150m2 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is surrounded by a garden of 4000m2, in the heart of a hamlet with cottages, and standing stones. The place is ideal for holidays for families or with friends. Many walking trails start from the house. In the heart of a region with a very rich heritage, you can discover Pont-Aven and its painters, Concarneau and its walled city, Quimper. The space The house built in 1980 is almost completely renovated. Little by little, we are redecorating this home that will greet you to have a unique holiday. A large fully equipped furnished kitchen with direct access to the outside will allow you to fully enjoy the two terraces. The living room is very bright and also has direct access to the garden and terrace. Everything offers you a living space of more than 50 m2. A large entrance makes it easy to navigate the heart of the house: it distributes the living space, the stairs for the floor, the cellar where you will find the lingerie, and finally the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms (a 140 bed and a 160 bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. This bathroom is still vintage with beautiful pink porcelain. Upstairs, two bedrooms (two beds of 90 per room), a bathroom (brand new) equipped with a toilet. Outside, a barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals. A portico, a hammock are also available for children The home does not have TV but we have a DVD player and dvds. It's also possible to plug in a hard drive. Wifi is available. There are numerous books, comics, board games, toys available. The bedrooms are big enough to add mattresses if needed. Guest access The House & Its Garden Are Accessible Other things to note Our cats and chickens will stay there. You will be asked to feed them and give them water during your stay with us. Linens are not provided in the rental. Please let us know if this is a blocking point. We will ask that the cleaning is done at the end of the stay. If needed we have the opportunity to find a housekeeper.
