Quiet family home with walking distance to the beach

Between Trévignon and Port Manech, Kersidan beach is within walking distance by a path. The 150 m2 house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is surrounded by a 4000 m2 wooded garden, in the heart of a hamlet with thatched cottages and standing stones. The place is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Many walking trails start from the house. In the heart of a region with a very rich heritage, you can discover Pont-Aven and its painters, Concarneau and its walled town, Quimper. The space The house built in 1980 is almost completely renovated. Little by little, we are redecorating this accommodation that will welcome you to spend a unique vacation. A large fully equipped fitted kitchen with direct access to the outside will allow you to fully enjoy the two terraces. The living room is very bright and also has direct access to the garden and terrace. All this offers you a living space of more than 50 m2. A large entrance facilitates your navigation in the heart of the house: it distributes the living space, the stairs for the floor, the cellar where you will find the lingerie, and finally the night space which consists of two bedrooms (a 140 cm bed and a 160 cm bed), a bathroom and independent toilets. This bathroom is still vintage with beautiful pink porcelain. Upstairs, two bedrooms (two 90 cm beds per room), a bathroom (brand new) equipped with toilet. Outside, a barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy meals in the open air. A swing, a hammock are also available for children The house doesn't have TV but we have a DVD player and DVDs. It is also possible to connect a hard drive. Wi-Fi is available. There are many books, comics, board games, toys available. The rooms are large enough to add mattresses if needed. Guest access The house and its garden are accessible Other things to note Our cats and chickens will stay on the premises. You will be asked to feed them and give them water during your stay with us. Linens are not included in the rental. Please let us know if this is a problem. We will ask you to do the end-of-stay cleaning. If necessary, we have the possibility to find a housekeeper.
