Now avail from 01 June - 31 August for Ski Season - 3 month rental The luxury rural Ayrshire Cottage is built in 2019 on 3 acres. . Located next to the Wakatipu bike trail. Awake to stunning views to Coronet Peak from the main upstairs bedroom The cottage has two bedrooms and can be rented as just one bedroom At$285.00 a night or with both bedrooms for $385.00 a night. Infant porta cot avail. Easy access with night sensor lights. Fireplace and wood supplied, plus central heating The space The Living room has a lovely big sofa and looks to the north, so is extremely sunny. Just the spot to lazy about, unwind and read a book. There is a big sliding door, so it can open right up . The Dining table makes an excellent spot to have breakfast in the sun, a Nespresso coffee machine will help the start to the day, followed by alfresco dining area outside and BBQ. It is a very warm cottage with central heating and fireplace (wood included). The beds are new and comfortable, with electric blankets and TV in main bedroom. A TV in the lounge too. There are two writing desks upstairs creating the ideal place to write a book or do office work, internet available too. There is a separate toilet upstairs and another downstairs plus a small bathroom with shower. The kitchen is well appointed with two hot plates and a inverter microwave and everything you need including - tea, coffee, sugar, salt pepper, milk. Guest access Drive into the courtyard and park outside the cottage - your front door is the grey one, the other door is into my Husbands 'mancave'' workshop. the key is in the door Other things to note We have 4 pet friendly hens. and one elderly Standard Poodle named Bess. We live on the site, adjacent to the cottage in our recently completed home. We are available for additional information, however, do expect our guests to have privacy and independency. They are most welcome to visit the hens, who enjoy being picked up. We may have fresh eggs to share with out guests too. It is ideal to have your own transportation as we are 7km from the airport and 13km from Downtown Queenstown and 7km from Arrowtown and 5km from Pak n save and 5km mile shopping complex The land was once part of a Ayrshire dairy and sheep farm
