Rental unit in Buffalo

With local corner bars and the Buffalo Irish Center a quick walk away, downtown a quick 7 minute drive or ride share away, and the stadium only a 15 minute drive down Abbott, this space is a great home base for whatever brings you to town. A grocery store and liquor/wine store are only a block away. As a host, I like to make sure you see all of the many things Buffalo has to offer, from historic architecture to world class art galleries, so please feel free to ask me for suggestions! The space This apartment was lovingly restored and updated while preserving many elements original to the house. The original antique clawfoot tub remains with the addition of a ceiling/rainfall shower head. The decor is mainly Buffalo themed. You have your own living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. The front porch is also available for relaxing when the weather is nice. Guest access You will be occupying the first floor of a 2 story home that is split into 2 apartments. The front porch is available for your shared use, in addition to the front entry hall. Once you enter the apartment, you are the only one with access to the dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. I live on the second floor. Other things to note If you are arriving in the winter, please bring warm socks or slippers as we do not allow shoes inside. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside or outside. If you or someone in your group smokes or vapes, please book a different rental. We have a zero tolerance policy. If a guest is smoking or vaping, the security deposit will not be refunded and the remainder of your stay will be canceled. We have a recording exterior camera on the house next door and can see the front yard and entrance of the Airbnb. Any stays longer than 28 nights require a separate lease and security deposit.
