Our goal is to provide an authentic, city neighborhood experience. The space In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic we have established additional sanitization procedures including the use of whole room, Ultraviolet disinfection units. We also added additional cleaning days between each booking. We provide hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, disposable hand towel, Lysol spray disinfectant and vinyl gloves for your use. Working from home while visiting our city? We a have a desk setup in the master bedroom as well as a portable workstation that can be adjusted to allow sitting on the couch, on the deck or balcony, or even lounging on one of the beds while you work. Entering through the vestibule entrance, you will find the Parlor where you can sit and chat in a comfortable, upscale setting. The adjoining living room is set up with a 55” Fire TV for you to log into your streaming apps such as Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/HBO or watch the local news. The arched opening between the two rooms allow for conversation & viewing TV from both rooms. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, including a K-cup coffee maker, Percolator & Tea Pot. Full laundry available, as well as laundry necessities (detergent, iron, etc). The Dining Room table accommodates seating for (6) with (2) additional counter-top stools for the kitchen pass-through opening. The galley kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare, cook and clean up after a nice family meal. There is a very quaint coffee nook located just off the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy the view of our deck and backyard garden area. There is a combination propane/charcoal grill and deck chairs to watch the local ball park fireworks in the night sky during the summer months. On the second floor you will find (3) bedrooms and a full bath that still has the original 1912 clawfoot tub & shower. The master bedroom is set up with a king size bed, armoire with a 19” fire TV, closet and standing vanity station. It also has a 3-bay window area with a fantastic view of the neighborhood from above. The middle & rear bedrooms are each set up with a queen size bed, night stands, closet and a vanity table & mirror. Each closet has a luggage rack and the hall closet can store additional luggage. Each nightstand is equipped with an alarm clock with USB charging ports. There is an adjoining door between the middle & master bedroom that can be closed for privacy or opened to comfort young ones. Each bedroom also has a private entrance off the hallway. Guest access Guests have the entire house, backyard, deck, front porch and 2nd floor rear balcony Permit Only street parking. (2) permits provided. Other things to note Neighbors are very friendly and would be happy to offer assistance or hear about where you are from and what you are interested in seeing while visiting Lancaster. Due to recent changes in community and with the platform, we now require a $300 deposit for damages and/or any rule violations. The Abnb system will put a hold on your credit card for this amount but will not charge you until a claim has been submitted to them. If there are no issues Airbnb will release the hold at the end of your stay.
