Once you pass the old arch from 1763, you will find yourself in our terraced courtyard overlooking the village of Dolina, all in the shade of a large horse chestnut tree. From here, you will have access to the old stone farmhouse and the B&B rooms, all upstairs and with a small view of the sea (5 km as the crow flies). The restoration work was done by our own hands and we still have many ideas to make the B&B more welcoming every day. The space The Lavanda room is very spacious and maintains the experience of the past thanks to the old beams on the ceiling and the original plank flooring. The bed is 200*160 cm. The view is very pleasant and the environment is quiet and peaceful. Guests can enjoy the large terrace overlooking the village. We're working on the kitchen and a breakfast room for the winter. Guest access Bikes can be placed in the courtyard or possibly locked inside a garage. Parking is within a few dozen meters of the house. Dolina can be reached by bus (40 and 41) from the Trieste Centrale train station. The house is located on the Via Flavia hiking trail, and less than a kilometer from the Alpe Adria Trail. During your stay You can reach us at any time via Airbnb or by ringing our intercom (we are often at home or nearby). Other things to note Please note: We are currently registered as a family B&B. This means that we cannot handle food and can only provide a pre-packaged breakfast that includes sweet snacks, coffee, tea, herbal teas, fruit juices, and fresh fruit.
