Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home tucked away in the small parish of S. Juliao Dos Passos; only a short 7kms from downtown Braga. The home has a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, dotted with homes in between greenery. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and the sound of crowing roosters in the morning. The home is internet-enabled with WiFi access throughout. On the main floor, you will find an open floor plan with a large living area. A full custom chef’s kitchen and large dining table which seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen has professional-grade stainless appliances, including a professional induction electric range with 5 burners, dishwasher, granite countertops and all the comforts of home, ie. Nespresso capsule coffee maker, microwave, electric Kettle/teapot and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils. For the little ones, we have a small collection of toys and children's dishware. We have tried to stock our kitchen with all the necessities with basics such as salt and pepper and other commonly used spices. If your cooking style requires something special please bring it! Full-sized front load washer and dryer (Iron with board provided). Conveniently located by the kitchen. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower/bidet on the bedroom level and a half-bath on the first floor (Hairdryer and straightener provided). We have three bedrooms to offer. All bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, personal air conditioning units with remote control, blackout electric conveyor blinds and TVs with local cable. Our master bedroom is very spacious and has a private 4 piece ensuite bathroom and exclusive use of walkout balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have ample storage with built-in closets. Bedroom 2 also has a private walkout balcony. The living room area on the main level has a large, sectional sofa, coffee table, flat-screen Smart TV with subscribed apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Plex and MEO service subscription with hundreds of channels in many languages. A wood burning fireplace that heats most of the house in the winter and A/C units to cool in the summer. The dining room easily seats 6, very bright with fully retractable floor to ceiling electric conveyor blinds with walkout access to the front yard. Our backyard is enclosed and accessible from the kitchen. It has a traditional Portuguese BBQ/Churrasqueira (Grilling utensils included) and patio set. Our underground parking garage is accessible from within the home with private parking for 1 vehicle. 6 public parking spots are also available on the street directly in front and to the side of the home. Plenty of towels and paper products are on hand. Beds are made and extra pillows and blankets are tucked away in bedroom closets. Shampoo and other toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Our home is colourful and inviting with plenty of space for the whole crew and yet still cozy enough if it's just you. A Truly Comfortable Home Away From Home. We would be happy to grant early check-in whenever possible. Alternatively, early luggage drop off can always be facilitated as early as 11:00 am check-in day. Guest access Guests will have full exclusive use of the entire home. Other things to note The Groundskeeper: When you stay at our home you get a personal groundskeeper who takes care of anything you may need! You will not see the groundskeeper unless you contact us. He’s there to help you and respects your privacy. Our groundskeeper lives about a 15-minute drive away. Just contact us 24/7 to help you with anything. Can’t figure something out? Let us know and he can be at your service. Cleaning: You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. After you depart our cleaners will clean for the next guest. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply. On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents and BBQ/grill) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!
