Like on a boat, let yourself be lulled by the warm atmosphere of this cozy nest with balcony and pool view. 🛏 The alcove with queen-size bed (linen canopy-style curtain) invites you to rest, while the small cabin room will delight children. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, large screen TV, Netflix and fiber WiFi: everything is designed for your comfort. 🌿 Outside, enjoy a dining area in the garden, a private terrace by the pool with deckchairs and parasols, and children's games. Guest access 🔑 Access & shared spaces The apartment has its own independent entrance, for a private and independent stay. 🌳 You will enjoy the large garden and the heated salt pool (shared only with the owners and hosts of a small 2-person studio). A peaceful and uncrowded space, perfect for relaxing with peace of mind. 🔥 The barbecue and access to the washing machine are shared with the hosts of the second accommodation. 🚗 A private parking space is reserved for you in the property, right next to your accommodation, for optimal comfort upon arrival. Other things to note Heated salt🏊‍♀️ pool: The pool is shared between the two apartments in the property and the owners. Each accommodation has its own private space by the pool (terrace, deckchairs and umbrellas) separated from the other spaces by a screen of vegetation for the greatest privacy! The pool is heated from May 15 to October 5, or even beyond if the weather permits. It is a place for relaxation and rest. In order to preserve the tranquility of the premises: - balls are not allowed in the pool, they can be used in the garden space provided for this purpose, with soccer cages⚽, - please do not run, jump or dive, and avoid any noisy behavior around the pool. ✨ New for Fall 2025 – Wellness & Spa Area A relaxation area reserved for adults and teenagers over 16 years old is now offered as an option (access by prior reservation only and for an additional fee, subject to availability): Jacuzzi, Infrared sauna, Tea room with relaxation area, And possibility of massages on site.
