We are located in Mountain Standard Time. (2 hours behind Grand Bahama) This unit also has a property manager who lives on the Island for unexpected emergencies (i.e., broken appliances). All guests will receive detailed instructions via email on accessing the property and all other important condo information. First aid kit, hurricane kit (countertop/camping stove, flashlights, matches), fire distinguisher are available for emergency use inside the condo unit.
