Located on the 3rd floor, this private condo unit offers a serene getaway. The spacious layout includes a large bedroom, a generous living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity room, and central A/C. Newly updated, with an ocean inspired theme, displaying art from local artists among other decorations. Relax on the condo's palm-surrounded balcony, a secluded tropical oasis. The roomy bedroom accommodates up to four guests in two full-size beds. A large walk-in closet, two dressers, and a sitting area add comfort and convenience. The living room, with a sofa bed (queen) and couch, can host 2-3 more guests. Enjoy the courtyard with swaying palm trees and ocean views from the sitting chair and footstool while watching TV. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a full-size electric stovetop and oven, toaster, air fry-oven, coffeemaker, and more. Stay hydrated with unlimited filtered water. The fully tiled bathroom has a vanity room with closet and mirror, followed by a private bathroom with walk-in shower and double shower heads. You can either find free street parking outside the condo complex or purchase a paid visitor parking spot at the resort (very affordable). Coral Beach Condos are surrounded by a nice blend of condominiums and residential housing that are set along Coral Beach. The road traffic in the area is very light and there is little to no traffic noise that can be heard from the condo. The entire neighborhood is set in a lush green setting consisting of beautiful trees and vegetation to the north, east and west, with Coral Beach to the south. Its the ideal neighborhood! It's a short walk east along Coral Beach to Port Lucaya where there are various restaurants, shops and sites to see. Taxi's are always available to take you anywhere you want to go. There are also many rental car locations on the island that you can choose from, many of them will have a car for you at the airport if you set it up in advance. There is free street parking outside of the Coral Beach Complex for you to park on a first come first serve basis. There is also visitor parking spots located inside the fenced and gated parking lot for only a few dollars a day that can be purchased from the front desk. A key fob that allows access through the gated parking lot is available inside the condo unit. If your looking to travel around and explore the island, a rental vehicle is a great way to go. If you still want to explore without a rental car, taxi's are available for any trip you want to take. Note: Grocery stores are not in walking distance of the condo. All guests will receive detailed instructions via email on accessing the property and all other important condo information. First aid kit, hurricane kit (countertop/camping stove, flashlights, matches), fire distinguisher are available for emergency use inside the condo unit.
