Charming Villa on Tree Lined Street

This charming 1900s villa on a tree lined street has broad appeal from the cosy wood fire (firewood supplied) for winter to the sunny deck in summer. There is a well equipped kitchen, high speed broadband, a DVD and book collection and a deep bath. Alternately this comfortable house with off street parking is 15 minutes by car from pretty much anywhere or a short walk to the supermarket, eateries and other conveniences of the "Gardens" area. The bus stop is a short walk away. The space This charming old villa has been decorated with an eclectic touch but updated with high speed internet and gas hot water for the shower which has amazing water pressure. The garden is a delight when it is in bloom. Guest access Guests have the entire house and a lovely deck surrounded by greenery to themselves. Other things to note We provide organic whole cow's milk on request (if it is available) and the pantry has basics like oil, vinegar, sugars, tea, instant coffee, decaf etc. We also provide ground coffee to use with the plunger or stovetop espresso. There is a fireplace which is set ready to light, a heat pump in the living room and heaters in the bedrooms. We provide high quality bedlinen and electric blankets on all the beds. There are additional duvets in the cupboards for added warmth if needed.
