Victorian house in rural Devon

Our spacious Victorian detached house is set in a pretty Devon village just 25 mins to Dartmoor and the beaches of North Cornwall. It has 2 large separate living rooms, one with a comfy sofa bed to accommodate an extra 2 guests (8 total), as well as a large kitchen and dining area that sits 8 people. There is off street parking and a large south facing garden. We are situated on the Ruby way cycle path, have a local village pub. The space Our house is really spacious and great for weekends away with family or friends. The house is set in a small village in Devon with great walks and bike rides straight from the front door. Guest access There is access to the whole house apart from the Coach House to the left of the property which is rented out separately. If you are not renting the Coach house as well please be mindful of any other guests that are staying there. Other things to note Please note that this is our home, please enjoy your stay but treat the property and furnishings with the same care and respect that you would for your home.
