On two levels with direct access to the outside on both floors, surface 80 mq. on the ground floor, double room, bathroom with shower, kitchen with 4 burners, microwave, cooker, sink, fridge / freezer, and dining room which leads to the upper floor, through iron staircase, the large bedroom, with a double bed and two single beds.
