The studio has an 80 cm HD TV. The electricity was redone in December 2017 by a professional from Carnac and outlets were added in the bathroom and kitchen to better accommodate you. Shampoo and shower gel are available to lighten your luggage. The toilets are in the bathroom. The decor is modern. It doesn't have a terrace or balcony. Both windows have manual roller shutters. No smoking and no pets allowed. No parties or events. Board games and books are available for guests. Cleaning is to be done before checkout (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, cleaning products available).
