Easy to access Dry Land available on the road into the Grand Canyon. 95% of perimeter is fenced. Great place to let the dogs off the leash. Minimal neighbors makes you feel like you are on your own. Easy access off the road and a short 10-minute drive to the nearest store and gas station with bathrooms. Short trip on seasonally maintained dirt road off Highway 180 Undeveloped dry raw land a short 30-minute drive from the Grand Canyon. Incredible panoramic views in all directions, with views of mountains. Great place to camp with dogs as the 95% of the perimeter is fenced. Please park directly on the property within the first 10 meters of the opening in the perimeter fence, located at the north west corner of the property. Minimally developed area near the junction of Highway 180 and Highway 64. Panoramic views in all directions and very sparsely populated. The dirt road is seasonally maintained but bumpy. I made it in a Honda Civic a couple of days after the rain. Fairly challenging after a fresh snow depending on vehicle Mountain bikes or other off-road vehicles are also welcomed in the area.
