Features a private terrace overlooking the green areas of the residence. A private parking space is available in the underground parking lot (access by elevator or stairs). LIDL store located in front of the residence, ideal for food shopping and fresh bread (open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 20h and Sunday morning). The accommodation is air-conditioned in the "day" area: entrance - living room - kitchen Guest access Fully independent ground floor apartment. It is intended solely for hosting guests. The greatest care is taken to offer maximum comfort to everyone. Other things to note the booking includes: - The provision of linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) and basic necessities (shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, basic cooking condiments, a few coffee capsules, etc.) that are provided in the accommodation. - Deep cleaning that will be carried out upon your departure so that all guests can enjoy a clean and tidy living space. Guests will still need to make sure to return the premises as they found them and in case of any problems during their stay (malfunction of an appliance, water leakage, incident...) to report it to me without delay.
