Cosy authentic mountain chalet Sauna, garden Prive

Wonderful cosy traditional Swiss chalet with private Sauna, terrace, balcony & pretty small garden. The comfortable living/dining area has a wood burning stove and large comfortable sofa which can be used as a bed. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher & large fridge/freezer. The upper floor has an open plan bathroom, washer/dryer separate w.c. leading to the large bedroom with room for 2 kids beds/mattresses, private balcony & wonderful view. Separate fabulous sauna and ensuite shower with w.c. The space The chalet is a unique authentic original Swiss listed chalet with lowish ceilings dating back from the early 1700s now modernised with character and sympathy incorporating its own sauna and ensuite shower room with a separate entrance. Dogs are permitted at a charge of chf60 per pet. Payable to my cleaning lady on arrival - maximum 1 dog. Pets are not allowed in the bedroom. We have a garden not a yard Guest access All of the chalet will be available to the guests except for a private wardrobe and 1 shed. Separate ski hut available for guests. Other things to note DURING COVID 19 LOCKDOWN THERE WILL BE 1 DAY FREE BETWEEN RESERVATIONS I am English but for covid reasons I have not visited the chalet in over a year. Final cleaning and laundry charge of chf250 for 2 people extra laundry charged at chf 25 per guest. The Tax de sejour a local compulsory tax must be paid directly by the guests to the Gryon tourist office. It is only a few Swiss francs per day and is well worth it when using the local facilities. This is a quiet small village. Respectfully guests are required to make little noise after 10.00pm. Local neighbours are very likely to call the police if this is not respected. No ski boots in the house. Dogs are permitted at a charge of chf60 per pet - maximum 1 dog.
