This privileged location allows you to easily access the wonderful unspoilt beaches of southern Menorca, (Cala'n Bosch, Son Xuriguer, Son Saura, Turqueta, Macarella..), either on foot, along the beautiful path of Cavalls, or by boat, since it is possible to rent boats with and without title in the nearby marina "El Lago", which also has a wide range of restaurants and leisure. Villa LAUVIC has two floors. On the main floor we find a large living room (with extendable dining table that accommodates 8 people) and a lounge area with LED TV with national and international channels. From the living-dining room, through the large sliding door, you access the outside porch, equipped with a large table (with capacity for 9 people), where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast, lunch or dinner, in front of the beautiful private garden and pool. The pool, measuring 8x3 meters, has 8 comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. On this same floor we find a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook like a chef. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and other appliances. The kitchen has direct access to the rear garden, which is ideal for lunch or dinner in absolute tranquility, since it is oriented to a large area of low bush landscape, typical of the island. In the side garden there is a barbecue. On this same floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a 5-body closet, which also has direct access to the rear garden. The main floor of the house also has a bathroom with shower. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where we find the magnificent suite, which has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a dressing room with 5 wardrobe bodies and a large bedroom area with a "queen" bed. It has south orientation, with beautiful open views to the residential area, as well as to the garden and pool. From the suite you can see the Mediterranean Sea, which is just 200 meters from the house. On this floor we also have two symmetrical bedrooms, with two single beds each and direct access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the back garden of the house. These rooms each have two wardrobe bodies and share the third bathroom of the house, which also has a shower. The facade of the house is south facing, so we have sun all day. All rooms in the house have access or windows to the outside, including all bathrooms. The house is equipped with powerful individual Air Conditioning machines, in each of the rooms. The location of the house is ideal, finding the beach of Cala'n Bosch just 7 minutes walk (600 meters). The Lake (marina and leisure area and restaurants) is also a 7-minute walk (500 meters). There are several supermarkets just 200 meters away. If you simply want to take a dip, there is a bathing area 200 meters from the house (rocky area). The picturesque Ciutadella de Menorca is located just 8 km from the house.
