This prime location allows you to easily access the wonderful unspoiled beaches of southern Menorca, (Cala'n Bosch, Son Xuriguer, Son Saura, Turqueta, Macarella...), either on foot, along the beautiful horseback trail, or by boat, as it is possible to rent boats with and without title in the nearby "El Lago" marina, which also has a wide range of restaurants and leisure. Villa LAUVIC has two floors. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room (with an extendable dining table with capacity for 8 people) and a living area with LED TV with national and international channels. From the living-dining room, through the large sliding door, you access the outdoor porch, equipped with a large table (with capacity for 9 people), where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast, lunch or dinner, in front of the beautiful private garden and pool. The pool, 8x3 meters, has 8 comfortable hammocks for sunbathing. On this same floor we find a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook like a chef. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and other appliances. The kitchen has direct access to the back garden, which is ideal for lunch or dinner in absolute tranquility, as it faces a large area of low bush landscape, typical of the island. In the side garden is the barbecue. On this same floor there is a room with a double bed and a 5-body closet, which also has direct access to the back garden. The main floor of the house also has a bathroom with shower. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where we find the magnificent suite, which has its own bathroom with hot tub, a dressing room with 5 closet bodies and a large bedroom area with a queen bed. It is south facing, with beautiful views open to the residential area, as well as the garden and pool. From the suite you can see the Mediterranean Sea, which is located just 200 meters from the house. On this floor we also have two symmetrical rooms, with two single beds each and direct access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the back garden of the house. These rooms have each of two closet bodies and share the third bathroom of the house, which also has a shower. The facade of the house faces south, so we have sunshine all day. All rooms in the home have access or windows to the outside, including all bathrooms. The house is equipped with powerful individual air conditioning machines, in each of the rooms. The location of the house is ideal, finding Cala'n Bosch beach just a 7-minute walk (600 meters) away. The Lake (marina and leisure area and restaurants) is also a 7-minute walk (500 meters) away. There are several supermarkets just 200 meters away. If you just want to take a dip, there is a swimming area 200 meters from the house (rocky area). The picturesque Ciutadella de Menorca is just 8 km from the house.
