The house is conveniently located near a breakfast/lunch spot called "Docs at the Rocks" and is a super easy walk to the water. Within the community you will have access to the community pool, club house and private beach access (best to get to pool and beach access by car, but only a minute drive to each). The house itself offers 3 bedrooms - two of the bedrooms have a queen bed. The third bedroom is located upstairs - it has two queen beds with an XL twin bunk bed over each. The loft offers a fun space for kids to play with a train table, toys and a teepee. The main level has a comfortable leather sectional and a big screen tv. You will find a large dining room table with comfortable seating to accommodate all guests. Brand new quartz countertops make for a beautiful/clean kitchen! There are two sliding glass doors and a large window which look out onto the lake. The deck offers outdoor seating and a propane grill. The lower level has another comfortable sectional, fireplace for winter, and an extra full sized refrigerator/freezer. There are a bunch of games for your guests to enjoy. The house offers two full bathrooms - one on the main level and one on the lower level. The main level bathroom has a tub/shower. Lower level bathroom is just a walk-in shower stall. Outside there is a large fire pit and plenty of seating for everyone. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for a locked owners closet in the basement.
