The Little White Casita is the perfect spot for a short or long stay in BCS. This 1 bed1 bath casita is located in a central transitioning neighborhood in Bryan 3 miles away from A&M and 2 mi from Downtown Bryan. During your stay, you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living area with a huge TV, a comfortable bed, and a restroom stocked with all the toiletries. It is super private. FYI, the house does have AC units, that some might find a bit loud. Games & cards (uno & Jenga) • 1 comfy sofa with pillows and blankets • Warm lighting (dimmable lights throughout) Kitchen: • Oven, stovetop, microwave . Full fridge & freezer • Keurig machine WITH coffee • Utensils, cookware & cleaning supplies • Cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses & dishes • Salt & pepper • Cookie sheets, pots & pans . Other things to note You will have a private entrance & private parking; located next to a residence. You are welcome to use the street to host additional guests during daytime hours, but only registered guests are allowed to park privately overnight. Security cameras on parking areas & stairway entrance ONLY will be IN USE during the course of your stay. No interior cameras. No smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke on the patio area. No pets allowed. Quiet hours will be enforced at 11:00pm-no loud music, no loud outside conversations or parties. Please DO NOT host's private backyard.
