The main house with living area, patio and large kitchen is available for your exclusive use. The bedroom is adjoined by a beautiful conservatory from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Atlantic, no matter what the weather is like. The large terrace also protects a glass windbreak from fresh winds from the north, so you can enjoy the sunset overlooking La Palma from there. The living room can be heated on cool evenings with the help of a heat pump. A large pool awaits you in the courtyard of the villa. The pool offers plenty of space and promises unadulterated swimming fun You can also book an additional electric heater for the pool. This heater heats the water in the pool up to 30 degrees. A fee of 10 EUR per day is charged for the additional heating. You can then pay the amount in cash upon arrival. The other houses in the courtyard of the villa house the bedrooms for potential additional guests. However, they are not rented out in parallel, so you have the villa at your exclusive disposal. You will love the garden of the villa. It is large and invites you to linger on several levels. The garden has an upper somewhat steeper part, which we have left as the Canarian nature and the volcanoes have formed it. We have only created paths with beautiful views and ask you not to leave them and not to enter the original wild garden area for safety reasons and to protect nature. Please also pay attention to the different heights of the steps on the finca. Use of all paths is at your own risk. Internet is available all over the property. The villa is connected to the local fiber optic network, so the available bandwidth can also meet higher demands.
