The space The house, a former family farm, has the advantage of being located within the houses of the village, but its position set back from the street gives it an appreciable tranquility. Surrounded by its orchards and pasture bordered by a stream, it offers immediate and safe access to nature, perfect for children in particular. On the accommodation side, the three bedrooms and the three bathrooms and toilets provide comfort and privacy to each occupant of the cottage. Please note that the house cannot accommodate 8 adults for comfort reasons. The inn 200 m away offers dining options. Guest access Courcelles is a small village with just its church and its inn, however you can walk the streets and paths of the village for a walk to discover the dry stone houses, fish in the pond, walk the hiking trails, mountain biking and all marked cyclos that pass through the town. 5 km to Varzy, all shops available. Less than an hour away, the famous vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly on the Loire side and Chablis and Crémant de Bourgogne on the Icaunais side, the Morvan Regional Nature Park, Auxerre, Nevers, La Charité/Loire, the Nivernais Canal, Vézelay, the Puisaye and the castles of Saint Fargeau and Guédelon. Other things to note 5 minutes by car from the village of Varzy where you will find a bakery, butcher shop, supermarket and gas pumps, doctors, nurses and pharmacy.
