Safe Upper Avenues Location ! PRIVATE BATHROOM ! No shared spaces. Simple SMALL Single Room and Private Bathroom. We aim to provide a safe, clean, comfortable and Affordable private space.. WiFi included! Has its own ground level private keypad entrance from the driveway. Full Bed, new mattress, Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Spare linens. It’s basic. If you want more, please grab a more expensive hotel. We aim to fill a basic room need and we think we do it well for the right price. The space Simple SMALL ground level private bedroom and private bathroom with its own ground level private driveway entrance, for short stay. Come and go safely without any shared spaces. It is in the upper Avenues, which is a nice neighborhood super close to downtown without the city center hustle and bustle.. Close to the University of Utah Guest access It’s a simple spare private room and entry via keypad. Guests have access only to the single room. Other things to note This is a spare room in our house, it is not a hotel. To meet expectations if you require hotel style services and amenities ie, daily cleaning and daily linen service, perhaps you should look at a hotel. We do not offer daily cleaning we do not offer daily linen. We will provide additional linens and towels for longer stays or as needed. Under age 27 not allowed to rent. We will be checking government issued identification before issuing a door code! Must have 3 positive Airbnb host reviews prior to booking. Your reservation will be cancelled for any rules being broken. This is our house. Respect the rules or stay elsewhere. TRASH IN GREEN BARREL! Recycle in BLUE, Leaves, Grass Clippings only in BROWN, the city has threatened to take away our brown barrel if there’s trash in it.. I hope you read this please no trash in the brown barrel No Driveway parking. Please park on 11th for overnight! Please. K St has parking restrictions due to the school route and I don’t want you to get a ticket. It’s 35 steps. We have 4 total places in the driveway, for permanent tenants only! That means someone could block you in or vice versus. So driveway parking only for quick drop off and pickup, then down to 11th for all extended parking. Vaping is smoking. Smoking is not allowed. I really wish I did not have to state this, but if you vape in the unit or on the property in the presence of other guests, we will be forced to end the reservation and charge significantly for necessary additional cleaning. Wish I don’t get another warning from the Internet provider concerning illegal downloading of copyright protected material . Don’t use my internet for BITTORRENT!! We provide the Internet at our moderate expense as a simple luxury for guests. We can get in trouble for your activities online. Be responsible, and law abiding or do not stay.
