House-in-house gallery apartment for families + groups

The 120 square meter house-in-house apartment, renovated from a building biology perspective near Landsberg am Lech in a former, 200-year-old schoolhouse, is spread over several galleries and can accommodate 1 – 10 people. Due to the different levels, it is just as suitable for individuals as it is for groups or families. On request, a 60 sqm and 3.60 m high room on the first floor with a further 2 - 4 sleeping options and a shower room can be rented. The space For an exclusive, atmospheric and intimate ambiance, everything has been designed with attention to detail, a sense of beauty and with mindfulness. The visible, 200 year old original roof beams, the lots of wood and the loft-like character give the apartment a very special atmosphere. The apartment is complete and high-quality furnished (designer Swedish stove, large Lambert chandelier above the dining table) and equipped with everything you need (e.g. dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, TV, DVD and CD player). Tableware, bed linen and towels are provided. For the use of the exclusive designer Swedish stove, firewood and fire material, there is an additional fee of €20. Guest access My guests have their own garden area with seating and a Weber grill. Other things to note If interested, a 60 sqm and 3.60 m high room on the first floor with a further 2 - 4 sleeping options and a shower room can be rented (can also be used as a seminar room). In addition, a heated living cube, including shower bath, in the garden (see separate listing) for 1 - 2 people.
