It is located on the second floor of a 4-story multi-family building, in which there is only one apartment per floor. It has an intercom and an elevator. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a balcony with sofas and armchairs, a spacious living-dining room, and access to the balcony from three different points. In the living room you will find a 4-seater sofa and two designer armchairs, TV, air conditioning, library, table and chairs for 8 people, bar cabinet (with wine and cocktail glasses, utensils necessary to make cocktails, ice bucket, liquors...). The kitchen is "closed" by a transparent laminated glass that allows you to have views of the sea as well as the rest of the day area of the house. The access doors are hinged in both directions. It is distributed between an island where there is an induction stove, integrated dishwasher, integrated sockets, dishwasher, garbage cans that allow recycling. In the front of the kitchen is the built-in full and individual oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and various storage furniture. In it you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving (plates, glasses, cups, pots, pans, bottle opener, toaster, Italian coffee maker, filter and Nespresso, juicer, strainer...) The master bedroom has a 150 cm bed and a large dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a multi-select shower, a toilet... it also has a TV, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony overlooking the promenade. Room 2 has two beds of 110cm each. It overlooks the promenade and has air conditioning. Room 3 has a sofa bed to use the space as a multipurpose room, work area or bedroom. It has a TV, drawing table or desk and air conditioning. All exterior windows and doors have blinds. The 3 bedrooms also have curtains, located between the window and the blind, to keep it dark if desired. In the apartment there is also another full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the laundry room you have a washing machine, dryer and all the necessary tools for cleaning and ironing (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, iron, cleaning products, rags...).
