Sit and sip wine while enjoying the sights and sounds that nature provides in the evenings. Warm-up in the hot tub morning, noon, and night. While you relax, your children will be intertwined playing ping pong or old school PacMan, Frogger, and Galaga. Take a steep, hairpin, rolling bike ride throughout North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains. In the summertime, take a dip in the community pool. Play a partner in a game of tennis. The best of all... bring your furry friend. Dogs are welcome here at our cottage in Connestee. This home has parking for up to four SUVs, with easy access to the house from the driveway Guest access if you put our address in any of the map utilities on your phone or car, it will bring you through the main gate of Connestee Falls where you will pick up your guest and amenity passes. Follow your maps to the residence and there is parking on the street and a private drive way. We will provide a private lock code that will give you access to the house. Other things to note there are two fees that will be added after booking: 1. An Amenity Fee of $100 gives the guests access to all that Connestee Falls offers to include the pool, the gym, golf (only gives you access and green fees still apply) tennis, pickle ball, restaurants, etc. This fee is a one time fee for all guests staying even for short stays. Some guests will ask if the amenity fee can be waived because they won’t be using the amenities. This fee is for all amenities including hiking trails, gate access, lake access, etc. part of staying in the gated community. Airbnb does not allow us to add dog fee and amenity fee upfront which is why it is charged the day of arrival. We (owners) are required to pay Connestee Falls $150 for each group of short term renters, so we pick up a 1/3 of the payment. 2. If you are bringing "mans best friend", there is an additional fee of $50 this fee is per stay (not daily)
