Chill and relax on the upstairs balcony taking in the tree top views, watch a movie by the fire or venture down to the garden to see what wild life you can spot. The car port has been converted into a games room with pool table, table tennis and dart board. We also have a gorgeous, quirky outdoor bathroom with shower and bath. There are plenty of cosy and open spaces inside and out to suit everyone's needs... entertaining on our magnificent sun-drenched back deck, equipped with BBQ and large table ideal for long lunches or dinner parties, curling up with a good book. Kids can enjoy the huge fully-fenced garden or play games in the retreat room downstairs. It is all here for your pleasure!!! This house is situated on an elevated block overlooking tea tree in a quiet pocket of the Peninsula. There is plenty of storage available for the boat, jet-ski, surf boards or golf cart. For young children there is a porta cot and high chair. POOCHES will be very happy here. The property is fully fenced.
