Two terraces: the first of 25 square meters overlooking the pedestrian street, equipped with a small table, chairs and garden armchairs; a second smaller service terrace that overlooks the inside of the condominium from the kitchen. Parking space in a closed and covered parking lot 50 meters away and a closed garage in the building for storing bicycles and motorcycles. The apartment is soundproofed with double glazed windows. From inside the apartment with closed windows you do not hear external noises and with the windows open you do not hear more than the summer walk, pleasant also to see sitting on the terrace to relax or even to dine and have breakfast.
