For boat lovers, the house is 500 m from Port-la-Forêt, the 2nd marina of Finistère and an open water sailing training center, from which you can reach the Glénan archipelago. The space With an area of 150 m2, it consists of a 32 m2 living room, a fully equipped 20 m2 modern kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms (a master suite with a 180 cm bed and a sea view, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm single beds), a bathroom with shower and a games room with foosball.
