Quiet holiday home

old renovated farm of 250 m2, on a large plot in the countryside. large private pool 1.50 deep (with an alarm). the ground floor has a large living room with a TV receiving about twenty French channels, a large well-equipped kitchen since we like the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, one with private shower and toilet as well as '' a small hall allowing the installation of a small children's bed (double bed of 180cm), 2 bedrooms (1 with a large bed of 180cm, 1 bed of 90cm and a cage bed and the other with a large bed 180 cm). these 2 bedrooms have their own shower room and separate toilet. on the first floor, there is a very large bedroom with 2 beds (160 and 140 cm), several 90 cm mattresses are also available as well as another cot. there is also a shower room and a wc. a covered terrace ("gallery" as we say in the South West) allows you to take meals overlooking the swimming pool. other dolomite terraces surround the swimming pool and run along the house. in the gallery there is a utility room with a shower, a washing machine and a small extra fridge. there is also an outside toilet (very practical for children leaving the pool !!!) the kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large American fridge with automatic ice-making, a hob with lots of various utensils. for the little ones: there is a bathtub, 2 changing cushions, 2 high chairs, a relax, 2 cribs ... there is a small supermarket in the village which is 2 kms away, with a deposit of breads (the best in the region ...). all other shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy ...) in several surrounding villages within +/- 5 kms. there are also many supermarkets ... within a radius of 14 km. all the info and addresses on things to see and do in the region, producers of vegetables, foie gras and other culinary wonders of the region are available in the house.
