Large village house - solarium/terrace

Located in the heart of the village, our house offers a unique atmosphere and an unforgettable show on the Luberon. This spacious house, with bedrooms between 15 and 25 m², 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, offers both private and collective spaces for the privacy and well-being of its occupants. The space The rooms are distributed on 3 levels: the entrance is through the large kitchen which overlooks a corridor serving a WC/handwasher and a bedroom/living room of 25m². After crossing a wide comfortable staircase, you arrive at the 1st floor which opens onto a living room and a private area consisting of a corridor leading to the blue room and the bathroom (WC-shower-tub). The top floor gives access to the master bedroom with bathroom + private toilet, and the solarium overlooking the terrace. The panoramic view of the Luberon will not leave you indifferent. The house also has a cellar with outdoor access to easily store bicycles. There is no contact with neighbors. The place is very quiet and access by car is possible to unload the luggage. Parking is provided in the car parks at the top or bottom of the village, located 100 m from the house. A municipal garden in restanques is accessible next to the house. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided + the linen necessary for your comfort: bath mats - hand towels - towels - pillows - cotton blanket. Also remember to take beach linens if you want to go to the municipal swimming pool which is 5 min walk (July - August: dates to be specified). An extension is at your disposal to dry the laundry in the solarium. A fan is provided in each room, but rest assured, the thickness of the walls protects you from the heat, in addition, the nights are breathable and relaxing in Saint Martin (mountain village of Luberon with a large temperature range day/night). The little extra that is not negligible: The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. A soundbar with Bluetooth and USB socket is at your disposal in the living room.
