It evolves around a central private swimming pool of 4 x 14m (160cm deep) made of green Javanese stones with immersed sunbeds. The living area (lounge, dining area, kitchen, TV space) spreads over the open space of a traditional Javanese Joglo overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There are 5 independent bedrooms with AC and en suite bathrooms: 2 of them in the main building (Joglo) and 3 others located in independent buildings around the pool, including a traditional Javanese Gladak (small house) in carved teak wood. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located in the main building (Joglo): 1 bed of 160 x 200cm (63 x 79") in each. Bedroom 3 is in a bungalow with thatched roof: 1 bed of 160 x 200cm (63 x 79"). Bedroom 4 and 5 are in a 1 floor building. Bedroom 4 is on the GF : 3 single beds of 90 x 200cm (36 x 79") each. Possibility to make 1 large 180x200cm bed by gathering single beds. Bedroom 5 is on 1st Fl (in the Gladak).: 1 king bed (180x200cm) + 1 single bed (90x200cm). A maximum of 2 mattresses in total are available (90 x 200cm /36 x 79" each). Extra 17usd/mattress/night applies. Should your bedding configuration require extra mattresses and should you be a group of 12 persons or less, each extra mattress will be charged 17usd/night. For groups of 13 guests, 1 extra mattress is already included in your bill. If you wish an other one, it is possible at 17usd/night. For groups of 14 guests, the 2nd extra mattress is already included in the payment of the stay for the 14th guest (20usd/night). Staff comes daily to clean the villa/make your beds except on Sundays. Our villa manager will greet you upon your arrival if you arrive during day time. If you arrive in the evening or at night, our patrolling security guard will open the villa for you and our villa manager will greet you the next morning. Don't hesitate to ask for further details Other things to note A few recommendations that we encourage you to observe during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible: * Close your doors and windows at all times to avoid mosquitoes from getting inside your bedroom or bathroom. Although fogging treatment is taking place regularly, it is less effective during rainy season. * Close your doors and windows at all times to keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, should you be using the AC. Our ACs are cleaned regularly. However, letting warm air getting inside your bedroom makes their functioning less effective. We also suggest not to use your shoes or flip flops inside the living areas and in your bedrooms as it might get dirty and uncomfortable if the floor is wet (swimming pool, rain ...), unless it feels safer to you, of course. In that case, we recommend you to use shoes/flip flops with clean soles, for your comfort. Be reminded that some of the bedrooms are made of natural material (alang alang in the bungalow and woven palm leaves in the gladack). Hence it is normal to find dust of this material on your bed from times to times. Please note that in Bali, whilst rare and usually short, occasional blackouts or problem of water supply do happen. Upon Arrival, we will ask you to sign a rental agreement, recapitulating our House Rules.
